What is and officially licensed product and what does it mean?
An officially licensed product is an approved product by the specific University that may bear trademarks, images of campus property, logos etc. Licensing insures protection of the integrity and identity of the University, while at the same time, royalties collected through the Licensing Program fund scholarships for deserving students and other like minded initiatives. Only approved vendors may manufacture and market these products.
How are prints normally shipped?
The prints are shipped within a heavy-duty tubes for ultimate protection. This is the safest way to ship our prints. We only use Fed-Ex Home and Ground service for shipments. If you do not receive Fed-Ex we could look into alternatives but it may be more expensive; if this is the case please contact us ahead of time.
How long does it take to receive the prints?
FedEx ground for almost all orders, unless specified by our customers to receive earlier. Depending on your location in relation to our studio please allow 3-5 business days to receive your print order.
What are the shipping charges?
Print orders in any quantity rolled are shipped for $20 per order.
Are your prints available at any local galleries or dealers?
We are always working on expanding our retail base, which currently includes gift shops, art galleries, and bookstores. Please inquire with us regarding availability within your local area.
Are the prints hand signed and numbered?
Since Richard passed away in 2013 we are embossing the prints with his signature in the lower right corner where he had traditionally signed them and each print is still numbered based upon the edition size.
